Sense Engineering Ltd. (“Sense”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through senseengineering.com. We handle it in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy law.
1. What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, email address, and the subject and message you send.
- Technical information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address, used to keep the site secure and to block spam.
We do not use cookies for advertising or to follow you across other websites, and we do not sell personal information. Our design tools remember your inputs in your own browser; that information stays on your device.
2. Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to run and secure this website, and to meet our legal obligations. By sending us a message you consent to this use.
3. Who we share it with
We use service providers to host and run this website: Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection), Resend (email delivery), Supabase (website content) and Google Fonts (typefaces). They act on our behalf and may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessed by authorities under the laws of that country. We do not otherwise disclose personal information unless the law requires it.
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, our careers page on Breezy HR and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply once you follow those links.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and for our business records. The IP address used for spam protection is kept for no more than one hour.
5. Your rights
You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, subject to legal limits. Write to our Privacy Officer at makesense@senseengineering.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy commissioner of your province.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.

Par l’entremise de senseengineering.com, nous recueillons uniquement les renseignements que vous nous transmettez par le formulaire de contact (nom, courriel, objet et message), ainsi que les renseignements techniques transmis par votre navigateur, comme votre adresse IP, afin de protéger le site et de bloquer les pourriels. L’adresse IP est conservée au plus une heure.
