Theodore Giannoukakis

Theo joined Sense Engineering's Toronto office in 2022 after 6 years of working in both Restoration Consulting and then Real Estate Investment Trusts. Across his time at Sense, Theo has worked on restoration, roofing, building envelope and structural repair projects as well as investigation and evaluation projects. With his experience both as a restoration consultant and a client representative, he understands the needs of clients and how to deliver high-quality service. In 2025, Theo moved to Edmonton to become an integral part of opening Sense's office in the city and expanding our services throughout Alberta.
